Booking procedure
The minimum stay is 7 nights.
Reservations are bound by a deposit by bank transfer, which amount will be deducted from the cost of the holiday.
Termination clause
The deposit will be returned in the following ways:
• If it is communicated with written notice of at least 2 months before the start date of the stay, 80% of the deposit will be returned.
• If communicated after that date and before the start of the lease, the deposit will be retained and the relationship is understood to be concluded.
